The Borgo a … mare is located 50 meters from the seafront of Tortoreto Lido in via Marconi and offers brand new prestigious apartments in a modern building, particularly suitable for those who want to stay in the immediate vicinity of the beach.

The following type is available:

three-room apartment 4 + 2 on the second floor
The apartment is located in a very convenient position to reach the sea and in the immediate vicinity there are food shops, bakery, tobacconist, newsstand, restaurants, games for children and many other services. It has a reserved uncovered parking space and has a large balcony with sea view.

The beach of Tortoreto is a short walk from the apartments and can be easily reached on foot. On the seafront of the town there is also a long bike path that connects Tortoreto to the neighboring towns.

Also included is the beach service at the affiliated establishment “Bagni Irene” easily reachable on foot and on the promenade in front of the building.

Conditions

The rates include: consumption of electricity, water and gas, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine on the balcony and laundry sink, elevator, LCD TV, beach service 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds at “Bagni Irene”, final cleaning
Cot available on request € 35.00 per week to be paid locally
To be paid on the spot: deposit on arrival € 100.00 (refundable upon departure, subject to damages).
Animals: only small-size only on request at time of booking (€ 50.00 final cleaning fee)

City tax (from 15th June to 31th August): € 1.00 per day per person, excluding children under 14 years, for a maximum of six consecutive nights.

Linen and bath towels (not there if not booked) optional € 10.00 per person for each change.
