Three-Rooms Apartment

To be paid on the spot:

City tax (from 15th June to 31th August): € 1.00 per day per person, excluding children under 14 years, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.

Air conditioning: to be requested only at the time of booking (for a fee – € 7.00 per day)

Transfer from / to Tortoreto Lido and Giulianova stations to be requested at time of booking

Pets max 10 kg only on request at booking. Final cleaning supplement: € 50.00. No access to the swimming pool, the shuttle or the beach is allowed in any way

Travel Cot: free if brought by the client and if replacing a bed; if not the client’s or in addition to the basic beds available on request € 35.00 per week to be paid on the spot, if the child under 3 years does not occupy bed € 15 per week forfait consumption, high chair € 15.00 per week on request.

Extra beds: in some two-room apartments on the ground floor it is possible to add a single bed in the living room: children from 3 years old and adults + 10%.
