Motorway A14 southwards, exit Val Vibrata, follow the directions to Tortoreto: at the first roundabout turn left, at the second roundabout turn right. Straight on for 3 km on the SS 16. As soon as you have crossed the town of Alba Adriatica turn right in Via Vascello, follow the road for 200 m, the Residence Il Borgo is on the right side.
