Long holidays: 10% discount on the second week, for minimum stays of 2 weeks from 02.06.12 to 28.07.12 and from 25.08.12 to 01.09.12.
Early bookings: confirm your reservation before 31.03.12 by 30% forward transfer and you will get 5% discount in all periods excluded periods A/F/G/H/I
arrivals and departures on Saturday.
For stays of less than one week only upon request and until 16.06.12 and from 01.09.12.
The rates include: electricity, water and gas consumptions (even heating), air conditioning, elevator, LCD TV, entry to the pool outside for adults and children at Il Borgo and with free sun loungers (9.30-13/15.30-19.30 - caps compulsory), 1 sunshade and 2 sun chairs each flat at our equipped beach.
Washing machines (working with coins) and ironing facilities free.
Cradles: if brought by guests and in place of one of the beds available free; if not brought by guests and if as added bed available at € 35,00 per week upon request at booking (max 1 cradle each flat). Children seat € 15,00 par week upon request at booking.
To be paid at place: Deposit at arrival € 100,00 cash. Final cleaning compulsory € 50,00 bilocal, (kitchen has to be cleaned by the guest, if not done € 20,00 will be considered); bed linen and bath towels on demand at booking € 10,00 par person par change.
Free transfer from/to the railway stations of Tortoreto Lido, Giulianova upon request at booking. Pets only upon request € 15,00 are charged for final cleaning.
